These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nakmuay Trivia Challenge International AB ("NTC", "we", "us") pre-launch website. NTC is a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag), org. no. 559562-8792, based in Karlstad. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About this site

This is a pre-launch waitlist for an upcoming board game. There is no checkout, no payment, and no contract for purchase formed by signing up. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only.

2. The Founders' Edition

Joining the Founders' Edition list reserves your spot to be notified when the first 500 copies go on sale. No payment is taken at signup. No purchase is binding until you place an actual order at launch. We may change the price, the launch date, the included contents, or the number of available units before launch. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

3. Your account

By submitting the form, you confirm that:

  • The email address provided is yours
  • You consent to receive marketing emails from NTC
  • You are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent in your country

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent or false data
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's operation (scraping, brute-force, DDoS, etc.)
  • Use the site to violate any applicable law

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout, source code — is owned by NTC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt it without permission.

6. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or accurate in every detail. The Founders' Edition is described in good faith based on our current production plans; final product specifications may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are resolved by the competent Swedish courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
